  • Invest in them. Take the time to plan and execute various events solely for your employees. A simple dinner out at a favorite restaurant or an event during lunch in the employee lounge can really help better connect you with your employees.

While there are many ways that your dealership can connect with your employees, it is important to understand that better connecting with your customers starts with your employees. If they are having a favorable experience working with your company, that will reflect when they are in front of a buyer.
