While today is filled with chocolate, flowers, and all things lovely, we want to take a moment to share some ways you can show your customers some love this February 14th.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learn about an aspect of their personal lives. Now, we don&#8217;t mean pry into their personal lives, but ask them what they like to do and connect it with buying a car\/service. Encourage your salespeople to tie in customers&#8217; hobbies into the car buying experience to show that your dealership is genuinely interested in selling them a quality car for their lifestyle.<\/li>\n<li>Go above and beyond. If a customer is asking about a certain feature of a vehicle, have your salespeople go above and beyond in finding a vehicle that&#8217;s perfect for them. Going the extra mile is a great way to show your customers that they are valued and important to your dealership.<\/li>\n<li>Send a Valentine. It may sound cheesy, but sending a quick handwritten note to your previous and current customers (yes, in the mail!) is a great way to reconnect and spread the love. Something as simple as, &#8220;We are so grateful for your business &#8212; have a great Valentine&#8217;s Day!&#8221; can go a long way. It does not have to be a special occasion, however, to send simple notes like this. Send out a few throughout the year to keep your customers feeling important and connected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We hope the list above helps spark some simple ideas to integrate Valentine&#8217;s Day into your sales culture.
