At Client ConneXion, we work to make connections with our customers constantly. We have learned that capitalizing on the holiday season as a way to better connect with those who support your business. Today, we want to share a few ways you can do just that:<\/p>\n

  1. Send a holiday card. Even if it is a mass “company card” that is sent to all of your customers, add a handwritten comment or sentence that customizes the card. A little bit of handwriting goes a long way!<\/li>\n
  2. Host a hot chocolate bar. For those who come through your dealership, have a hot chocolate bar set up during one day of the week or weekend. Include toppings and cups with your dealership’s logo on the side – they will be walking around with the cup long after they leave the dealership, serving as a walking billboard.<\/li>\n
  3. Give back to your community. Plan a day where your staff members go and serve a local charity. You can also donate goods or money to a charity of your choosing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
