  1. Hire the right people. It all starts with the friendly face at the front desk. Be sure you are hiring people who represent your company from the first contact.<\/li>\n
  2. Tend to every inquiry, good or bad. Leaving bad inquiries unattended is a recipe for disaster, but leaving a good inquiry unattended is just as hurtful to your dealership.<\/li>\n
  3. Respond in a timely manner. Regardless of how busy you are, try to respond to questions, comments and concerns within 48 hours. There is nothing worse than having a question and not having it answered in time.<\/li>\n
